Live tables are software, and software occasionally stumbles. If a Glistenzone room freezes before the cards are dealt, close the table and reopen it from the live lobby: the shoe reloads and your wallet balance stays as it was. If a bet settles while you were disconnected, the hand record inside your account shows the outcome and the amount. Anything you cannot settle yourself, our support team takes from the chat panel pinned to the table window.
